Bid & Buy

Are you interested in buying affordable antiques, works of art or antique and old carpets? Auktionshaus Dr. Hüll offer the best possible purpose. Several times a year we hold an auction to high-quality properties.

Bidding

  • Of course you can place bids during the auction at our home in Cologne Sülz.
  • You can also offer via telephone during the auction (from a limit from 350 EUR). If you have previously issued a written order, we will call you before auction the desired position.
  • You also have the opportunity to bid in writing to a day before the auction. Written bids will be conducted for the purposes of the bidder. The price you write into the PDF Icon  bidding-form (491 KB) [only available in GERMAN] is valid as the highest bid price. The contract may also take placeat a lower price.
  • The condition of the objects, especially small damage and signs of age are in taken into consideration for the limit price.

Buying

  • The contract will be awarded to the highest bidder, if after three calls of a bid no higher bid is made.
  • The buyer shall pay a Premium of 21% incl. VAT on the hammer price. At a hammer price under 100 EUR the buyers Premium is 25% incl. VAT.
  • As a buyer, you agree to pick up the auctioned items within 7 days. You are welcome to engage us with the shipping of sold items.
